1Search X, LinkedIn, and Bluesky — keyword and hashtag search. On X, Grok helps surface and summarise threads.
2Follow your stakeholders. Once you do, the platform's recommender starts feeding you related posts — let it do the legwork week to week.
3Bookmark anything interesting as you spot it through the week.
4Pick the standouts — at least two posts where people are discussing your corpus, the most interesting or important of the week.
5Map them to the themes. What do the posts let you read through the toolkit? See the examples below.
6Keep it tight — you have three to five minutes.
